Missouri Tool Co. Inc .was established in 1966 by Gerhard H. Mueller on Manchester road in the heart of St Louis. In the early days. Missouri Tools primary business was regrinding cutting tools, selling the endmill line of Fastcut and being the first company in St. Louis to represent Mitutoyo. Through the years, Missouri Tools has become a thriving and respected company.
•1976 - Missouri Tool Co. Inc. establishes G.M.. Abrasives to handle the large volume of grinding and abrasive products.
•1978 - Missouri Tool Co. Inc. moves to its current facility in Fenton.
•1985 - Missouri Tool Co, Inc. purchases a CNC Wire EDM machine to help in the manufacturing of cutting tools and specialty items.
•1985 - Missouri Tool Co, Inc. purchases the Merrick Machinery Company.
•1988 - Missouri Tool Co. Inc, purchases a 4-axis Schuette Grinder and is the first company in the St. Louis area to do CNC tool grinding.
•1990 Thru 2001 - Missouri Tool Co. Inc. purchases Winslomatic Drill grinding equipment and six multi-axis tool and cutter grinding machines. Three 8-axis machines used for tool resharpening and specials. One 10-axis robot loading CNC Tool & Cutter Grinder used to manufacturer standards.
•2002 Missouri Tools becomes a new member to IBC-Industrial Supply Plus. This group gives Missouri Tools access to all major lines, and the ability to compete in North American Industrial Contracts.
•Today Missouri Tools Employees 29 people at the Fenton facility. It has nearly a 3 Million dollar inventory of Industrial Supplies
